Agenda Snapshot

The Strategic Session combines structured reflection with forward-looking design, ensuring your goals are anchored in both experience and vision. We use a dedicated space (in-person or virtually) to set goals, choose the right tools, and provide structure so momentum lasts beyond the first session.

STEP 1 — Reflection on the Past

Guided by a 15-question checklist, you review the past year: successes, struggles, decisions, and lessons. This step uncovers your real sources of strength, highlights growth areas, and identifies patterns that need to shift. We capture working relationships, decision patterns, and communication skills that helped or hindered results, so managers and employees know what to repeat and what to drop.

STEP 2 — Strategising the Future

Through structured exercises, you list what must happen in the coming year for you to feel satisfied. Together we prioritise ambitions, surface external and internal constraints, and identify who or what can support you. This sharpens focus to the 5 most meaningful goals.

STEP 3 — Bridging Past & Future

A coaching dialogue ties past learnings with future ambitions. We explore the beliefs, habits, or fears that may hold you back, and design strategies to overcome them. By the end, you define 2–3 tasks to start immediately, with first steps locked in for the next 48 hours.

What’s the structure of the session?

The process includes preparation (2 self-paced preparation workshops) and a coaching journey: reflection, strategy, and a bridge into execution. We map key areas, set goals, and define actionable strategies with accountability.

Why spread it across several days?

Reflection and strategising require different mindsets. The pause improves self-awareness, decision quality, and communication, so the last session produces a stronger action plan.

Do I need to prepare in advance?

You’ll complete short reflection questions on wins, misses, working relationships, and time management. This keeps our first session focused and efficient.

What kind of goals can we work on?

Annual business objectives, personal career milestones, or professional development plans. The framework adapts to your organisation and context.

What’s the investment?

The prices for the Services are provided in downloadable brochures available on the respective Service pages and represent the authoritative and up-to-date pricing at all times.
