Coaching session

High-intensity coaching session designed for CEOs, shareholders, senior leaders and executives to crack a pressing issue fast and walk away with clarity, confidence, and tools you can apply immediately — all in just 60 minutes.

This is a focused coaching process, not advice or therapy. It’s a focused space where we cut through the noise, uncover the real driver behind your challenge, and turn it into actionable next steps. You bring the enquiry, I bring the method – together we reveal blind spots, shift perspectives, and build solutions that stick.

Agenda Snapshot

A coaching session is structured yet flexible, shaped around the enquiry you bring. We start by clarifying the challenge, then work beneath the surface to uncover what truly drives it. Each coaching session follows a clear arc — structured enough to deliver clarity, yet flexible enough to follow the enquiry you bring. Sessions run in person or as virtual sessions; many clients treat this as a high-impact “first session” to test the fit and momentum of the coaching relationship.

STEP 1 — Chemistry & Enquiry

We start with a 20-minute chemistry call to see if I can be of help. Coaching only works when both sides commit. If the fit is right, we frame your enquiry as the session begins – the decision, transition, or frustration you’re bringing. This ensures the session stays practical and focused on what matters now.

STEP 2 — Exploration

Through targeted questions and reflection, we dig beneath the surface behaviour. You might come in saying, “I need to hire someone,” but discover the real issue is unresolved conflict, or a leadership skills gap affecting team dynamics. This step boosts self-awareness and uncovers the deeper patterns — the “why” behind the “what.”

STEP 3 — New Options & Commitments

Once the real issue is clear, we shape new perspectives and actions. This could mean reframing a belief, testing a new behaviour, or addressing a blind spot directly. You leave the session with practical commitments tied to your daily leadership.
