Agenda Snapshot

The Coaching Course is structured as an 8-session journey, designed to shift patterns at the root and embed change in practice. Each session builds on real work and lived experience, ensuring insights move from conversation into daily leadership.

STEP 1 — Chemistry & Baseline

We start with a short 20 – minutes chemistry call to see if I can be of help. Coaching only works when both sides commit. If all good. If the fit is right, we begin by crystallising your leadership goals and mapping the current patterns that hold you back. This baseline becomes the reference point against which progress is measured.

STEP 2 — Deep Exploration & New Behaviours

Across the next sessions, we unpack the drivers beneath your behaviour — blind spots, beliefs, and habits that shape your actions. Each enquiry is linked back to your leadership agenda, keeping progress practical and relevant. As insights emerge, we translate them into specific behaviours to test between sessions. You return to reflect on outcomes, refine strategies, and gradually replace old habits with new, effective patterns.

STEP 3 — Integration & Operating System

The final sessions focus on consolidation — aligning new behaviours with long-term goals and creating a personal leadership operating system. You leave with not just clarity, but a structure to sustain change long after the course ends.

How is a course different from a single session?

A single session tackles urgent issues. A course builds sustained change, embedding new behaviors over time.

What’s the time commitment?

One-hour sessions every 3 weeks, with reflection and practice in between. The rhythm supports busy senior leaders – brief prep, a focused hour, and clear actions to test.

Do I need to prepare?

Bring your leadership goals and pressing challenges. Coaching works best when linked to your real agenda.

How long before I see results?

Some clients experience shifts in the very first sessions — a new perspective, a blind spot revealed, or a decision clarified. Lasting impact depends on your openness and willingness to apply insights between sessions. The course provides the structure; the change comes from your work within it.

What’s the investment?

The prices for the Services are provided in downloadable brochures available on the respective Service pages and represent the authoritative and up-to-date pricing at all times.
