Annual supervision

Four quarterly check-ins (4 sessions per year, once every quarter) to keep your goals alive and on track. Each session is a 60-minute pulse check: we measure progress against the strategy you set, uncover what’s blocking execution, and reset priorities where needed. Instead of drifting off course, you stay focused, accountable, and moving forward with clarity all year long. The cadence is light: simple procedures to review progress data, reset priorities, and keep execution effective without adding noise.

Agenda Snapshot

Annual Supervision isn’t just a check-in — it’s a quarterly reset that ensures your goals don’t get lost in the noise of daily business. Each session gives you structured time to pause, reflect, and adjust course before small issues grow into bigger problems. The process balances accountability with flexibility, so your strategy evolves with you and your environment.

STEP 1 — Quarterly Progress Review

We begin by revisiting the commitments you made in your Strategic Session and in the last supervision. This isn’t a box-ticking exercise — it’s a sharp look at what’s moving, what’s stalled, and what’s shifted since we last met. Celebrating progress matters, but so does recognising patterns that risk derailing results. This step grounds the session in facts, not assumptions.

STEP 2 — Blocker Diagnosis

Here we focus on what’s getting in the way of execution. It could be structural — unclear ownership, competing priorities — or personal, like blind spots or avoidance. Together we unpack what sits beneath the surface so it’s not just “I’m stuck,” but why you’re stuck. Clearing blockers at this stage keeps momentum alive and stops problems from escalating.

STEP 3 — Reset & Realignment

Every quarter brings change — new opportunities, shifting markets, or fresh challenges. We close by revisiting your goals in light of today’s reality, sharpening what stays, what adapts, and what needs to be dropped. You leave each session with a handful of practical commitments, aligned to both your strategy and your current context. This ensures your goals aren’t just set once a year, but lived quarter by quarter.
