STEP 1 — Interim CEO Leadership

I take on the Interim CEO role with full accountability for driving transformation. This position allows me to set priorities, make decisions, and align leadership with clarity and authority. Unlike external advisors, I don’t just recommend change, I lead it directly. This ensures the roadmap is not sidelined by daily operations but becomes the guiding force for the entire company.
As an experienced executive on a temporary basis, the interim CEO offers authority to move strategic initiatives, unblock decisions, and provide fresh perspectives other organisations have used in challenging times.

STEP 2 — Organisation-Wide Execution

Change must cascade beyond the boardroom to every department, team, and process. I oversee implementation across functions, ensuring roles are clarified, accountability is strengthened, and decisions translate into concrete action. This stage exposes where execution falters and provides direct fixes to keep momentum alive. The result is an organisation that doesn’t just plan transformation but lives it daily.

STEP 3 — Embedding Change

The final step is about making transformation stick for the long term. Processes are redesigned to support new ways of working, leadership behaviours are reinforced, and cultural habits are reset to match strategic aims. I work closely with leaders to ensure they can sustain the progress after my role ends. By the time I step back, the organisation operates differently and better by design.
The goal is a smooth transition – handing back a steady company and a playbook the senior leadership team can run post-handover.
