You begin with Lumina’s validated online survey, mapping your personality across 24 Qualities, 8 Aspects, and 4 Archetypes. The output is the Lumina Splash – a dynamic portrait showing your everyday, underlying, and overextended states. Unlike static tests, it reveals how you adapt and where paradoxes sit. Your portrait makes differences visible – how you adapt, where you excel, and what’s essential to keep focus under pressure.
Once your profile is complete, we meet for a 60-minute coaching session. Together we unpack your splash, surface blind spots and hidden treasures, and connect insights directly to your current challenges. The session closes with three practical commitments, ensuring you leave with not just clarity but a roadmap for change.
